Kat’s love of entertainment began at the age of 7 and grew with appearances in television commercials, Fanta, AMP, Byrning Spears and Dreamworld. As a teen she turned to stage musicals, World Expo 88's Moonlight Stampede, Oliver and Jesus Christ Superstar. An overseas tour with Coca-Cola gave her valuable experience on radio and live stage shows.

Performing alongside such great artists as Simon Gallaher and Human Nature taught Kat the intricacies of back stage involvement and encouraged her to get involved in the production side of many shows and events. (Charity and Tribute shows in Australia and Overseas, Kylie, Britney, Shania Twain, Abba and many more.
